My name is Angelie.

My name is Angelie.

I am a passionate health coach on a mission to empower, mentor and enable beautiful souls like you to reach their desired weight goals.

I hated the sight of myself in the mirror. I was quite irritable all the time, did not want to socialize and basically lost all confidence in myself. Professionally and otherwise it was taking a toll on me until I decided to take matters into my own hands.

METAMORPHOSIS with ANGIE™, is born out of all the things I wished I knew and had while going through my journey, I wouldn’t have stumbled so many times in pursuit of the secret sauce, if I had a well meaning guide. It’s a combination of a gentle guide, tough well meaning friend, carefully curated mental wellness programs (soul-stirring), seamlessly woven along with focused detailed meal plans, goal aligned lifestyle changes and exercise recommendations. Now after training with so many individuals, I realise how important patience, motivation and teamwork is in this business. I seek happiness from my clients as their success is my success. In the future I see myself helping many more and grow my experience with time.

Whatever your health goal, these principles are akin to the lighthouses that gently guide you to the shore, however choppy the sea. Each of these M’s are strong emissaries on their own but together they create a powerful volcanic synergy that makes each program unique and effective.

The fact that you are reading this now, is testimony to the fact that you have decided to focus on your health and take steps to unfold all the little knots that you have accumulated over a period of time.

YOU are what matters most and always remember to put yourself first, yes you read that right ABOVE all, your spouse, kids, parents, boss, NO !! it’s not being selfish, after all as I always say you can never operate out of an empty vessel, how can you be GIVE, how can you be a better caretaker, parent, co-worker, partner, or spouse, if YOU are never at your optimal? Keep YOURSELF, YOUR HEALTH, always first, ALWAYS! This is a non-negotiable at Metamorphosis with Angie™, as it should be in your life.

Mindset

“MINDSET” refers to very often, a fixed set or predetermined attitude or response and interpretation to situations. At Metamorphosis with Angie™, the mind body connection is key. “Our beliefs are what lead us to create our actions and our actions are what create our reality” At times our beliefs are so embedded in our DNA, that our brain takes them to be true and that in essence becomes our life.

Here, at Metamorphosis with Angie™, my endeavour is to change the narrative. Shifting the mindset, from eating healthy (which many refer to a “diet”) to eating to fuel our body, to make it efficient and healthy OR eating mindlessly (without observing the many licks, bites , and helpings one has in a day, and saying “I hardly eat”) to eating mindfully/consciously. This does not come into practise overnight but with guided practice sessions, which may require inner reflections through curated meditations, journaling, visualization techniques, affirmations etc.

This “M” is like the soil to the plant of our existence, it provides the required nutrients to our mind and soul to expand and grow (growth mindset), once this is firmly in place you will never ever find yourself dwindling from your health goal.

Meal plans with me are super fun, marinated in a mix of Ayurveda, common sense, science, simplicity, and love.

Stamina is a very important trait to gain while we go through this process of self healing. I am here to make sure we work on building your stamina so that we can provide the best output for your body and mind.
I believe the mind and the body function hand in hand. Without there being a positive drive or a clear and healthy mind, it becomes difficult to maintain your body. This is why I make sure that we are hyper-focused on how your mind and body react to each other through this process, so it is comfortable yet effective.
Forming a healthy habit formation which may include inducing some habits or getting rid of a few is all part of the process. I will help to create and curate this routine which is tailor-made for you so that it can be incorporated into your daily lives.
Self-Esteem plays a major part in our progress, even though it might not seem like it. To want to make a change, one must believe in one’s body and soul. Our sessions would consist of these self boosting techniques to make this process fruitful.
Our Emotional Balance techniques will not just help you with your fitness regime but also your daily life. Methods like breath work, affirmations, visualization and so many more will mentally make you stronger to face this lifestyle and your body healthily.

Inch loss was amazing, reduction in fat percent without reduction in muscle loss was highlighted as the best win by my doctors and trainer here in Norway!!
